After spending a month in Rincon at 4 different places, I can say this is an amazing place to stay. The views are fantastic. The porch is a comfortable and functional gathering place. The pool was a great place to cool off. It's shaded so it doesn't turn into bathwater but is still warm enough to jump right in. Having two kitchens and a real washer dryer was great. The generator was a plus!The 5 bedrooms are split up into 4 private areas. The top floor master had a nice kitchen, family room, and a large table. The second floor (down) had another kitchen with table, laundry room, and a jack 'n jill bedroom set. 1 bed had access from the kitchen/family room. The other through the bathroom or from the outside. The other two bedrooms had their own private entrances from outside lower as the house is built on a slope. This was great for our family group of 1 grandparent, 2 uncles, 2 kids, and my wife.The hosts were very responsive. We'd stay here again even with the death trap road up!

Absolutely wonderful! Great place to relax and enjoy Rincon! Allison is fantastic, worth every penny! Don’t waste your looking around, this is the place to stay! This is a very special place, we will be back!

Great location if you are looking to get away from the city. You are surrounded by tons of nature and great views. Tons of great beaches within 10-45 minutes.

Perfect

This is probably one of the best AirBnB place that we’ve stayed. Allison was incredibly helpful and very responsive and it’s a gorgeous house with multiple settings to relax. Just two things to keep in mind when booking: There are three separate units with no interior stairs. Because you’re in this picturesque surroundings, the area can be quite windy and the pool was quite cold. We’d definitely stay here again.

Allison and Chuck have the best airbnb house I have stayed so far. We reserved the place for a family reunion/in laws anniversary. My mother in law hobby is house decoration and she approved of the place. That doesn't happen often...We were a party of 12 and we never felt crowded. There are so many areas of the house to be at. Our favorites were the three patios on the top floor.We used the pool but it was too cold for us. I can imagine how perfect it must be during the summer!I like to sleep in the cold, the first night I turned on the AC. The next two I just opened the windows and turned the fan on high. I was definitely cold! If you are on the top or second floor during Christmas I recommend to do so. You will be lulluby by the coquies and wake up by a choir of roosters.The best thing is the location. You are on the mountains but only 8 min. Away from the beach. You can't top that...

We had an amazing stay at this villa tucked away near Rincon. Pros:-Separate spaces for the group so we all had our own bathrooms.-Communication was seamless and Allison was very helpful and gave us many recommendations.-The view from the hill is incredible. We celebrated new years here and were able to see fireworks.-The outdoor patio and space was so nice to be able to relax as a whole group.-Extra towels and linens were provided as well as a large washer and dryer which allowed for us to get cleaned up. -15 minutes from the beach!-Very close to the English rose where we had a great breakfast. Cons:-This property is on a steep hill si rent a car that has good 4 wheel drive.-The hot tub is not included in the listing and the pool is not heated. The sun hits the pool in the morning but there is shade on that side in the afternoon unfortunately it was too cold for us to use the pool. We opted to go to the beach on a planned pool day instead.Overall we would stay again.
